Hi, I’m Shelby! I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Child and Family Studies from Louisiana State University (Geaux Tigers) and went on to complete my Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2024.
I have experience working across a variety of pediatric settings, including home health, outpatient clinics, and inpatient rehabilitation. This diverse background has allowed me to develop a well-rounded, family-centered approach to care, supporting children with a wide range of developmental and functional needs.

I am deeply passionate about the role of occupational therapy in empowering children to build independence, confidence, and meaningful participation in their daily lives. I am committed to creating engaging, individualized therapy experiences that support both children and their families every step of the way.

When I’m not at work, I enjoy taking my dog on walks with my husband, reading, working out—especially Pilates or yoga—and baking. I love being an OT and getting to see the unique impact it has on each child!
