After receiving my B.S.and B.A. in Occupational Science and Sociology, I went on to earn my M.S. in OT from Ithaca College in upstate New York. Launching my career in Brooklyn, NY I learned quickly the importance of flexibility, patience, and the power of building a strong relationship with my patients to create a safe space for them to learn and grow. From there, I moved to Dallas and began my life in travel therapy soon after. My professional travels have brought me a wide range of skills, settings and experiences, including working with patients across the entire life span. Through working all across the country, I’ve learned the importance of cultural awareness, how to be a great listener and advocate for my patients, and have developed a true love and respect for nature. I also have a love for teaching, where I enjoy guest lecturing into OT programs across the country. I also carry an Autism Microcredential with NBCOT, catapulting my neurodiversity affirming beliefs into further action.

Seeing the country through a travelers eyes, I am excited to be back home in Dallas and pursuing my true passion in pediatrics. A fun fact about me is that I flew a plane in Alaska with no pilot training, and have been to 24/63 national parks in the US (ask me about my favorite!). When I’m not at work, you can find me spending time with my husband, facetiming my friends, throwing the ball for our goldendoodle Maggie, or planning my next international trip.
